I have a problem with Swithmail, running on machines that have the windows 10 Pro april update installed (Version 1803 build 17134.112). on the same type of machine with an earlier version (1709 Build 16299.492) Swithmail still works without problems.
I create cmd-files in VBA to send mails with Swithmail and on the updated machines all batch-files stop with an error-flag but I cannot see what is causing the error. Does anyone knows what might be the issue?
as you suggested, I tried to start Swithmail from the gui and when using the same XML-file on the behaviour is different: the computer that is still running the not updated version of windows 10 gives a message “Email successfully delivered” but the other one with the april update gives an error (partially in dutch) with the same parameters
umm.. something went wrong
Er is een ongeldig argument opgegeven (invalid argument provided)
Fout bij het verzenden van e-mail (error sending e-mail)
Check all settings and try again
so it is very strange, although it is not the first problem I encountered after updating windows 10 (my Polar V650 device could no longer synchronise with the Polar flow application)
It is a pity I cannot provide more detailed information, but still hope someone can give me a solution?
